I sent out handwritten notes to 30 past clients last week. And 3 of the 30 emailed me to tell me they "needed" me again and "how much they appreciated being remembered." With my new fall programs, they are now more than likely going to be back in the flow. I also need to remember to invoice more quickly. Thanks for the reminder. I find that I get overwhelmed by my accounting and group it all together and so don't even do the daily little things that will get me moving. Right now I have someone's cc info on my desk, that I just need to process for a payment for service and have not done it for two days. Think I'll get to it now!
